A done-list, not just a to-do list

A to-do list that counts what you did.

Did It! is a task tracker for minds that run on interest, not schedules. It helps you pick one thing, make it small enough to start, and — most of all — see the work you actually got done.

The Did It! task list: today's tasks, overdue ones, and tags on each task.

Who it's for

Built first for ADHD brains, and for anyone whose day doesn't go the way the list said it would.

Your list only ever grows

Things go on it and never come off. Did It! makes letting go a real choice — recorded, not deleted — so the list stays one you can look at.

A busy day feels like nothing

The work that actually happened was never on the list. Log it after the fact in one tap, and the day shows up as what it was.

Choosing is the hard part

Eleven reasonable options is its own wall. Tell it how long you've got and how much you've got in the tank, and it hands you one task.

How it helps

One task, not eleven

"What now?" asks two questions — how long, and how much energy — and answers with exactly one task. Disagree, and the next one is a tap away. Today's One Thing stays pinned to the top of your list.

What now? suggesting a single task for 30 minutes of routine energy, with Start on this and Show another.

Small enough to start

Name the first physical move — "open the spreadsheet" — and it sits right on the task. Break a stuck task into a few steps, by hand or with a nudge from AI. Or commit to two minutes, with full permission to stop when the chime goes.

A task's detail panel with tags, due-date shortcuts, a collapsible Getting started section, and Let go beside Delete.

Reports that don't scold

No streak that resets to zero after one bad day. Momentum over 30 days, how quickly you bounce back after a break, and how your estimates compare with reality. Things you chose to let go count as decisions, not failures.

Reports: a momentum heatmap, tasks completed, days with something done, tasks let go, estimate accuracy, and charts by tag.
  • Log it after the fact. "Add and complete" records a win in one step — and asks, once, whether it was the task you'd planned.
  • Separate lists for separate lives. Work, personal, exercise, music — each with its own tags.
  • A weekly look back that starts with what you did, before it asks what slipped.
  • Repeating tasks that wait for you. Fall behind and they come back due today, not six weeks overdue.

On your phone, too

Add it to your home screen and it opens like any other app. Swipe a task right to finish it, left for today, tomorrow, or let go.

Your list is yours

  • A separate database for every person. Your tasks aren't rows in a shared table — they live in a database of their own.
  • You choose where the AI runs. The AI features are optional. For each one, pick Claude (by Anthropic) or Cloudflare Workers AI, where your text never leaves Cloudflare. Every AI result says where it was written.
  • No ads, no tracking. This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from anywhere else.
